Signed,
sealed...now for delivery
Maidstone
United Football Club will deliver their grant application
to the Football Association early part of next week for
its final review before it is submitted to the Football
Foundation during the following week.
It has
been a painstaking process to prepare the bid. Four large
lever-arch folders crammed with hundreds of pages which
includes proposals for the community stadium, artist's impressions,
business and marketing plans, five-year financial projections,
together with letters of support and much more.
Chairman
Paul Bowden-Brown said: "I know there are many people,
not just those connected with the club, that are following
the progress of this application.
"I'm
indebted to my fellow directors, executive committee, those
who've sent letters of support and to various bodies that
have checked our application and advised us of additions
and amendments."
Further
announcements will be made as and when they are available.
